I'm a grounds keeper for av RV resort, I make $18.25
My initial thoughts are take the lump sum, hold onto access of a million bucks, call up a wealth management company and call my dad (he’s a financial advisor), and find investments that also double as tax write offs. Boom diggity.
Or just fully use the benefits lol
Or just save all the money you made at work ...
Dont forget the down payment dummy
So when I cash out my yield at the end of year does that 3$ take away from what's invested in my stock
Thank you
Amway
20- 40 $ a month on food, what kind of garbage ar they eating! Bro, I spend at least 100$ a month on food for 1 cat!
1,200 dollers a year for an 11 Year old ima be rich
I wants money in My phone to enjoy small stuff 😭
Okay send it now
This is the info I like. Pros and cons.
Just like SilverBuck and Cheryl who are online with UA-cam videos. I have been doing a 100 count of every denomination challenge. So what you do is save 100 count of the ones, 100 count of the two's, 100 count of the fives, 100 count of the tens, and so on. If you complete all denominations including 100 count of the two dollar bills, you will have $18,800. So far I've completed 100 of the ones, 100 of the two's, 100 of the fives, 100 of the tens, 100 of the twenties and 73 of the fifties and 82 of the hundreds as of 07/21/24. When I finish with a hundred of a denomination. I will put a money wrap around it, signifying that a 100 count of the denomination is done. You don't have to color, you don't have to put a certain amount in. Just save on your terms!
Now actually, you can carry balance on the gold card and there are spending power limit on these cards. I have the gold card but I cannot spend 50 K on it. They just don’t let me.
My cousin fell for this scam and she refuses to listen to me when I threw her facts and resources. She says well you’re not licensed so you’re not credible. When she got 0 assets, 0 income, 0 retirement and she claims to preach financial freedom and get IULs for her kids to become millionaires. WFG and WSB is a joke
75 or 84 months isn’t a bad thing if you have good credit/interest rate and you can pay it off early with no penalty. It saves you on monthly costs
847 a month is insane
Im confused by this, I was told that when you pay back you are paying interest only. So when do you pay for the Principal? If Im going to be in debt for longer than the 10 year interest only HELOC, then Im not sure its for me. Can someone please explain how you payback to me? Also, this is for updating our home, looking at a $50k loan.
Just buy used
Where do you get your math? I make 18 and I made 37k last year. No overtime. 20 is 41600
I do find the Costco gas burn out way faster than regular gas station though
But someone has to pay that taxes finally right? And does it keep increasing and adding up?
A lot of important information left out here
Or you can save on the membership and get in line at the costco gas station and when you get to the pump pretend like you forgot your membership card and ask the person at the next pump to borrow theirs. This works 99% of the time.
I didn’t achieve financial freedom until I turned 40. As a US citizen, I raised capital by taking out a home equity loan. The interest rate was much lower than other loans, which made it a smart choice. With patience and discipline, I reinvested my earnings and avoided impulsive decisions. This strategy helped me grow my wealth, eventually allowing me to buy a new home and a car. If you’re looking to raise capital and achieve financial freedom, consider this approach
It brings me joy to hear that you found my story interesting! I truly believe that without the help of , Regina Louise Collaro, I would not have achieved the success that I did. Her knowledge and guidance in the financial realm were vital in helping me understand the most effective strategies for utilizing my home equity and making wise investments. I am grateful for the support and expertise she provided throughout the process and am confident that it played a significant role in my accomplishments.
I work with Regina Louise Collaro as my fiduciary advisor, she's pretty popular. Simply look up the name. You would discover the information you needed to schedule an appointment.
I've wanted to start investing for a while. Yet, I've always considered it to be late, and I believe I should quit putting things off. I'll absolutely contact Regina Louise Collaro to ask her for advice. Much thanks. This was quite helpful to me.
It's surprising to come across Regina Louise Collaro's name here. I've always been uncertain about hiring an investment advisor. Just to clarify, I began collaborating with Regina in 2019. She oversees around 70% of my investments, leaving me with the remaining 30%. My stance has always been that I prioritize my own finances, but she has convinced me of her extensive knowledge regarding present circumstances and upcoming trend
lol I got a longer loan period not 4 years and I was just fine payment was 366 a month!
Just save up at least 2k per month you will have 24k of the end of the year you can buy a used model 3 with that money
Saving $2k a month is a stretch for a lot of people.
unrealistic take😏
Both
You should make sure that all the food you got from Whole Foods is not rubber or silicone
Add calendar day plz.
Can you do the same thing with paper assets like exchange crypto into property or crypto into stock...
No
For anyone in the comments.. 1) Pay Yourself Before Anything I don't give a Fug what your situation. If you aren't keeping 10% of every dollar you earn you're missing the whole point of 'The Richest Man in Babylon' if you wish to remain a slave do as the slaves do. If you wish to learn how money works 👉 read the Damn Book😅 don't be a slave to your money and become addicted to a paycheck. Freedom has a price. And it only costs your words 💛
I did Uber eats for a week. I averaged 10 an hour
This guy is trippen … people buy what ever the hell you want and be happy…. 😂🎉
$7 for golf in January? What did you do , buy a sleeve and not play?
Who Tf wants to save 100$ a month that ain’t enough
Wsp wit my nigga Humphrey
Do you manually enter your expenses from the apps into excel?
Do you need to have a high deductible on your health insurance?
The toilet paper is horrible!
Or you can buy a piece of gold jewelry from a jewelry store and pay it in payments. They don’t charge interest and that builds your credit and you even have a piece of gold that doesn’t lose its value. I wouldn’t recommend you get anything expensive maybe between $200-$500 or more if you are willing to pay it all back. It’s a great way to start credit.
$50k cash for $100k tacked on to my mortgage, what a deal 😂
3000$ on food is nothing
What a stupid channel

Doing that is like a full time job
